What is the Hartley Yard of the Month?
Yard of the Month (YotM) is an award given each month to a Hartley Neighbor whose yard and home exterior are particularly attractive.
Each month the sign is placed in the yard of such a property to recognize the value of the property to its neighbors and the neighborhood.
During the growing months, yards are judged by plantings, gardens, lawn, and decoration.
During the winter, yards are recognized for decoration.
