  1. Current projects:
    1. Neighborhood Survey
      1. On-line; can Hartley handle it?
    2. Streetscape (not active)
      1. Kleckner dark pockets; design issue per John Williams; as good as it can be.
      2. Trees
      3. Sidewalk design finished; Bradd will email document. Spring construction. May include fix to alley return at 28th and R.
    3. Landmark district
      1. 3/4 of boundaries identified
      2. Several allies identified
      3. Next step: draft letter to homeowners
      4. Meeting: within 10 days
      5. Bradd can provide meeting list if given boundaries
  2. Code Enforcement discussion
    1. Resident identification
    2. 48 hour response (by complaint)
    3. Photos
    4. Rapid turn around, automatic
    5. Escalating penalty structure
  3. Problem properties; several discussed, will be referred to free-to-grow, et al.
