Minutes
Meeting called to order at 7:05. Present MichaelCornelius, BarbaraCornelius, EricaCorwin, Bradd Schmeichel.
Free To Grow: We need to make contact with Shawn Ryba and follow-up.
Sidewalk repair: Damaged sidewalk has been identify Olsson Associates. Bradd will provide a map of areas to be repaired. Currently undergoing ADA review.
Ornamental lighting: We're good to go per Mayor Seng's office. We're down to trying to scrape together the budget.
Focus Area Plan draft: Moving forward. Some word-smithing left to do. Bradd will distribute the draft via the mailing list for review and comment. In particular we should be thinking about the Goals & Actions section. Does it say what we want? Also, what statistics might we want to include. Have comments ready for next meeting.
Priority setting: Think in terms of "we have the budget" vs. "we don't". That is, what things do we want to pursue if we don't have the money to do the things that we really want to do.
