Hartley Neighborhood is located in the heart of Lincoln, Nebraska, bordered by O Street to the south, Vine Street and the MoPac Trail to the north, 27th Street to the west, and 48th Street to the east. With Peter Pan and Hartley Parks located in the neighborhood (marked in green on the map below), along with historic Wyuka Cemetery, and Woods Park just across O Street, Hartley residents enjoy ample greenspace.

Hartley is a walkable neighborhood, the kind on which trendy "new urbanism" developments are modeled. Doctors and attorneys, restaurants and shops, parks and schools, universities and churches — even downtown — are all within walking distance of Hartley homes.
